Welcome to the famous Eastern self-defense system of Karate Do Shotokan, Tai Chi!



We invite you to individual lessons and mini-groups.



Our aim is a harmonic development (physical and spiritual), as it is in the best martial arts schools. The lessons includes the Science of the Art of Fighting (Karate Do), Tai Chi, and Qi Goan (Energy Control), philosophy, culture and “active weekend” program. Feel free to drop by and visit one of our classes to check it out!



Ages from 5 on up (yes, even 100!) are welcome.

Lessons will be conducted by Andrew Kozak, a instructor that has 30 years experience in many martial arts styles. He has been teaching for 20 years. Languages: English, Polish, Rissian.
